We provide service level agreements for remote help desk and rapid onsite support to fully protect your Ace Computers hardware investment.
An Ace Computers representative will arrive at your site to begin hardware maintenance service within four hours of the service request and onsite spare parts delivery.
Service is available eight hours a day within standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. An Ace representative will arrive at your site to begin hardware maintenance service the day after the service request has been received and defective parts have been determined and shipped.
