This section is intended to help suppliers meet EPEAT requirements by outlining expectations and providing required forms.
It includes a Supplier EPEAT Interest Form to get started, a TouchPoints guide to highlight key EPEAT challenges, and our Ace Code of Conduct for formal commitment. Strong sustainability documentation—materials, substances, packaging, and testing—is essential. After submitting the Interest Form and Code of Conduct, we will schedule a meeting with your representative and sustainability or technical team to review expectations.
The EPEAT criteria documentation is recognized as detailed and rigorous; however, suppliers are encouraged not to regard these requirements as prohibitive. In many cases, there are multiple acceptable approaches to satisfying documentation expectations. Suppliers are therefore invited to consider practical pathways that align with their existing processes and capabilities. While ultimate responsibility for compliance remains with the supplier, the Ace Sustainability Team is available to provide guidance and clarification as appropriate, to facilitate efficient and accurate completion of applicable requirements. Use this page to assess readiness, submit forms, and build the data needed for EPEAT conformance.

We’re proud to share that Ace Computers has achieved the Cisco Environmental Sustainability Specialization, a recognition of our commitment to environmentally responsible technology solutions. This accomplishment also elevates us to Cisco Select Integrator status, enhancing our ability to deliver trusted, sustainable IT services to our clients.

Managed by the Global Electronics Council (GEC), EPEAT is the leading global ecolabel for the IT sector. EPEAT-registered products meet strict environmental criteria that address the full product lifecycle, from energy conservation and toxic materials to product longevity and end-of-life management. EPEAT-registered products include computers, displays, servers and televisions and offer a reduced environmental impact across their lifecycles.
Ace Computers is an active contributor to the evolution of the current EPEAT standards, as well as the development of the new EPEAT standards.

Ace Computers offers a majority of its standard products as fully ENERGY STAR certified, listed on the US EPA’s Energystar.gov site. ENERGY STAR qualified computers—including desktops, notebooks, workstations, small-scale servers, and thin clients—are now more efficient than ever, meeting stringent Version 8.0 requirements for total energy consumption and low-power modes. These systems also feature 80 PLUS Certified Power Supplies, with most rated Bronze or higher to meet EPEAT standards, supporting sustainability through efficient energy use during operation, idle, and sleep modes.
ENERGY STAR qualified computers must also have efficient internal or external power supplies. All systems manufactured by Ace Computers feature 80 PLUS Certified Power Supplies with a majority of them rated at Bronze and above as this is required by EPEAT.
