Ace Computers Systems Warranty Policies & Packages

At Ace, we understand that peace of mind matters. That’s why we offer flexible warranty packages tailored to your needs. Choose from 3-year, 4-year, or 5-year coverage plans, each designed to keep your system running at peak performance.
Warranty Package Options
Each package includes one of the following service levels for (3 Years, 4 Years, or 5 Years):
- Standard Parts and Labor Warranty
- Remote diagnosis of any reported system issue.
- If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, the system is shipped back to an Ace Service Center for repair.
- Ace covers all shipping costs for the return and re-delivery of the system. International shipping costs may vary.
- Advanced Parts Replacement
- Remote diagnosis of the system.
- If the issue cannot be resolved, Ace will expedite shipping of the suspected faulty part directly to the customer for replacement.
- This allows for faster turnaround with minimal downtime.
- Onsite Warranty
- Remote diagnosis of the system.
- If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, a certified Ace technician will be dispatched to the customer’s location to perform repairs onsite.
- Ideal for enterprise or mission-critical environments.
Additional Warranty Add-ons
These add-ons can be included in any warranty term (3-Year, 4-Year, or 5-Year):
Keep Your Memory Warranty
- In the event of memory failure, Ace will send a replacement memory module.
- Customers retain the original failed memory and are not required to return it.
Keep Your Storage Drive Warranty
- In the event of storage drive failure, a replacement drive is shipped to the customer.
- Customers retain the original drive, ensuring full control over data security and compliance.

Ace Computers ‘ business hours are from 8 AM to 6 PM Central Time (Monday-Friday)
Please be sure to have your SERIAL NUMBER before you contact warranty support.
If your warranty has expired, Ace Computers will provide service and support for an additional charge depending on the product involved.
To inquire about extending your warranty, please email sales@acecomputers.com with your Sales Order number or device serial number.

Warranty Void Clause
The warranty may be voided under the following conditions:
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or upgrades performed by non-Ace personnel.
- Physical damage caused by misuse, neglect, liquid spills, or electrical surges.
- Operation of the system outside the intended environmental or electrical conditions (e.g., overheating due to inadequate ventilation).
- Use of unsupported or incompatible components not originally certified, supplied, or installed by Ace.
- Tampering with or removal of serial numbers, warranty labels, or internal asset tags.
- Damage resulting from software issues, viruses, or malware not directly attributable to a hardware defect covered by this warranty.
Ace reserves the right to inspect the returned system or components and determine if the reported issue falls within the terms of warranty coverage.
