OEM Warranties That Deliver Mission-Critical Reliability

OEM Warranty

OEM warranty coverage is essential for federal deployments where uptime isn’t optional—it’s mission-critical. At Ace Computers, we deliver peace of mind through flexible service options and data protection tailored to government buyers. That’s why we offer OEM warranties that go beyond basic coverage, delivering peace of mind, data protection, and flexible service options tailored to the needs of government buyers.

If you’re equipping a secure command post, upgrading simulation labs, or deploying ruggedized systems in the field, our warranty packages ensure your hardware stays operational, protected, and compliant.

OEM Warranty Coverage That Aligns with Mission Needs

Ace Computers’ OEM warranty packages are designed to support federal agencies across a range of operational environments. Choose from 3-year, 4-year, or 5-year coverage plans, each backed by responsive support and multiple service tiers.

Warranty Service Levels:

  • Standard Parts and Labor Warranty Remote diagnosis and full repair coverage at Ace Service Centers. We cover all domestic shipping costs.
  • Advanced Parts Replacement Fast turnaround with direct shipment of replacement parts—minimizing downtime and keeping your team on task.
  • Onsite Warranty For mission-critical environments, Ace dispatches certified technicians directly to your location for onsite repairs.

Protecting What Matters Most: Data and Memory Retention

Federal agencies often handle sensitive data that cannot leave the premises, even during hardware failure. That’s why Ace offers Keep Your Memory and Keep Your Storage Drive warranty add-ons:

  • Keep Your Memory Warranty: If a memory module fails, we ship a replacement. You keep the original—no return required.
  • Keep Your Storage Drive Warranty: In the event of drive failure, we send a new drive while you retain the original, ensuring full control over data security and compliance.

These options are ideal for agencies operating under strict data governance protocols, including DoD, DHS, and intelligence community standards
